			.		Documents A & B are provided for
consideration at the April 2-6 meeting in New York. 
*	A is the CD2 for ISO/IEC 11179-3, and incorporates changes for
almost all ballot comments resolved at the October 200 meeting. 
*	B is proposed replacement text for the conformance clause (clause 5)
of the CD2 document, as discussed at the October 200 meeting. This is
provided as a separate document because it was not received early enough to
ensure that terminology agreed with definitions already in A. 

			.	These documents will be the basis of the
continuation meeting in NY. 

			.	We would accordingly appreciate it if you
would check through Document A, and if there are no major problems, post
both documents to the WG2 website. 

			.	Thanks go particularly to Doug and Ray for
your support with the preparation of these documents, especially Doug's
diagrams. 

*	.	Please acknowledge successful receipt ASAP, and get back to
me if there are any problems.
